Design a Website Mockup -- 2

I am trying to build small ecommerce site for gaming, I need cool and simple design mockup which will have : 1) Navigation : Home, Buying, Selling, Sign In 2) Home body will have a brief intro about the site, can use images 3) Buying body will show lists of people who are looking something to buy along with the Buyer name, rating, product name, price, buy now, know more. 4) Selling body will show lists of people who are looking to sell something. along with the seller name, rating, product name, price, buy now, know more. 5) Footer : company name 'xyz' and there will be 3 blocks which contains About, Privacy Policy, Contact etc.a 6) Sign In and Signup form design. nothing too complex, just need the layout in PSD. My budget is very limit and it's $30 only. Please bid only if you are okay with the budget and want to get good ratings. I want the designer work with me closely and remember i need who can show me progress in few hours from now, atleast the home page or other page etc, More work to come for the selected Freelancer.
