Design card for children

I need to have a design created for a 4”x6” card: • The card will be placed in gift bags given to 3 and 4 year old kids as part of a birthday celebration (basically to explain to parents why their child is coming home with goodies). • The card will contain text in four different languages (this is an international school): English, French, Russian and Spanish. The text will be a short line with three to five words but repeated in the four languages (example “Celebrating XX’s birthday”). I will provide the text that goes on the card. • I need to be able print this on an HP InkJet printer (although I may send this off to have it printed). I hope this will be enough information to give you an idea of what I am looking for: a card that will convey a short message to parents and that will be interesting to kids and parents to look at.
