The requirement is to design an Image Denoising Algorithm Using Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transforms . The Algorithm has to be designed and implemented on a VLSI platform ...Preferably Xilinx. The performance of the platform should be compared in terms of speed, power consumption etc.. Similarly the performance interms of denoised image should be documented in terms of PSNR, Correlation Coefficient , Structural Similarity Index.. The noises considered should include ,salt and pepper , Gaussian, Speckle and Poisson Noise ..( The comparision should be made in tune with different noise intensities and distribution ). Images for which the analysis should be made will be supplied . The final deliverable will be the Source code of implementation , document explaining the algorithm implemented and document illustrating the results .. The time for delivery will not be more than 5 days from the time of award .
