build an easy message system

I need someone to build an easy php website mysql driven. I want users to register a username and choose a password but without email confirmation (email not required). When registered users must be able to send themself messages + optionally attachments..... messages must be stored in folders like GMAIL style (or close to it) ... INBOX, OUTBOX .... and if needed users must be enabled to add folders and drag and drop messages in their new folders. The messages will be used in an intranet (PHP+MYSQL preffered) in the format (subject of the message + date + message body + optional attachments) An additional search for every user is required to search between messages (subject or body of the messages or attachments names)... a simply query but between all the user folders.
