Hello, Following are my understanding and confirmation; 1. The Web application for managing the orders can be developed. 2. The application will have the features as described in the spec. 3. Point of Sale page is a dashboard with : Add New Customer, Create Order, Create Invoice, Send Email Notification. 4. Point of Sale-User can Add a new customer and also can create a new order for the customers. 5. Also create Invoice for customer with customer details ( billing addr, shipping addr, product description, price etc.,) 6. Invoices can be emailed to the client ( PDF invoice can be downloaded and printed). 7. Thank you email ( thank you message can be configured) can be sent to the customers. Admin Dashboard: Site admin dashboard will have options to Manage Orders. ( Add / Edit / Delete orders, Change status of orders etc.,) Customer Dashboard: Customers can register and login to the site to place the order. Dashboard will display their order list, Also shows a 360 degree view of the product ordered if it is ready ( Site admin need to upload the necessary photos to display the 360 view using the js360viewer) Customers can place new orders and Track the status of existing orders. Does the site involves any online payment gateway integration ? If yes, the placement of new orders by the customers will have the checkout process integrated. Super Admin of the site: Create and Manage other users . Managing Pricing Template, Manages Currency for POS ( Please explain this) Sathies

Hello I have gone through your current website which is built on wordpress platform using Patti Wordpress theme. I have also gone through your current requirement of Creating 4 section for POS, Admin, Customer and Super Admin. I have one question that do you need facility for customer to create order OR customer can just view the status of order and see the 360 View of product. Rest all is clear and we can create the complete Admin panel with all facilities as described by you. We can also create wordpress plugin which will help customer to view the order status and 360 view of product from existing wordpress website .
