A short intro for videos (YouTube)

I'm looking for a 2D or 2.5D (possibly 3D) intro, something under ten seconds long and I'll want my handle in the intro (TazMann), it's case-sensitive. Color theme: black and yellow (with a little bit of orange in the yellow, like saturated gold). Something artsy and that follows a beat, 1080p and up. I'll send the clip of music to the beat it is to follow if contacted about it. I can go above $30 USD if I think it's worth it for the quality/creativity (I would cap at around $60 USD probably). Keep in mind I want it to be appealing to the eyes, quality includes smoothness and detail. Have any questions? Feel free to ask. If you are only willing to sell for above $40 USD then this might not be the job for you (unless you have a portfolio that would convince me). My opinions are subjective just like anyone's however.
