See attached pdf-file. There is made a layout. The layout has to be followed precisely. Website shall be responsive and has to be a CMS system. Wordpress is prefered for the solution. But if you have a better solution, suggest it. It has to be easy to navigate in. Importent is that the customer can change photos and text themselves afterwards. pdf-file: Page 3: Pictures has 2 be BW and when you glide over them it changes to colour and when you click you go on to the project. Page 4: The same when you go to menu, niveau 2 Page 11: Medarbejdere/Employes: When you mouse over the employes they will show on the right. 2 languages, danish and english

So there's no PDF for me to reference at the moment, but looking at your description, I understand that you have a design ready and you need a developer to put in the engine that brings your website to life - well, I'd love to build it for you :) If awarded the job, I would build your website using Mezzanine as a CMS instead of Wordpress - it's far more elegant to look at, navigate through, work with, and customize. Following your layout precisely, I would make sure that the site is robut and responsive for the clients, and simple and intuitive for you to edit images and content. I can also implement the css transitions you mention (BW to color on hover, etc) A little background on me: I've been working as a software developer and have been building websites for firms and companies such as yours that require an online presence and an intuitive CMS. While I've played around with Wordpress and Joomla, I find Mezzanine to be a more refined CMS and that's what I primarily use for said websites.
