Hello. How about converting the Powerpoint to video with no sound and add the sound later, in a secons step? Or, if the sound is custom per each slide, make many small videos with image and sound and than get them all together in one big video. You should try it. If you don't manage to do it yourself, I'll do it for you. Good luck.
