Build a Website

I want a simple website to be developed as a part of college project. I want the mean stack or meteor to be used for technology. We want to track addresses of students. Don't worry about look and feel. 1) Login registration form will take phone and password. Verification of phone number is mandatory. A message is sent to phone with a one time password and that is entered in verification field for confirmation. 2) There are 2 types of users - admin and students. Admin a) The types of addresses can be defined by the admin - eg permanent, temporary, office, residence etc. CRUD of address_type. b) The admin can see all the address that are sent for verification. Name of student, Phone number, address, address_type and checkbox. He runs an offline process and check box all those that are verified..and clicks verified button. b) Student: After signup - The student can see all the addresses CRUD. There are 4 columns 1) current (checkbox)…only only address is current 2) Address that has data like house number, floor, street, area, city, state and country is shown 3)Drop down public or private (If private then the address is not searchable). 4 th column is read only with verified in green if address is verified by admin or there is a button that says Sent for verification.
