Converteer een Template naar een Website

I am starting an arcade game website with the script from: www.arcadebooster.com. I've got the premium theme installed so it is responsive and ready for mobile users. For this project i have a layout in .PSD that i want to implement in the website. It doesn't have to be exact like the .PSD but i want the style and something more creative. So if you are good with (x)html/php/mysql etc. i am looking for someone with experience ( so a portfolio ) and time to finish in limited time ( 2`3 days )
