I have a book which will be published next year... I need some cartoon illustrations... It won't be a best seller and the publisher will not pay an illustrator so I want to buy the rights to anything produced and cannot afford to pay the market rates. There will be 26 chapters and each could be illustrated with a cartoon relating to the text... Or I could just pick half a dozen. it would be nice to have a cover design too...
