Create a simple still scene and 2 characters.

Hi, We require a professional character and vector designer who can also animate flash scenes for a presentation. At this point in time the the job involves creating one still scene as part of a presentation and it needs to be completed asap. Once this is submitted and approvals are made the job has the potential to take approx 1-2 months of solid work to complete depending freelancers skill and speed. We will supply loose story boards of what is required and reference guides for the character types needed.
