Cartoon image of grim reaper above bed with 2 people

We have a need to add this type of illustration in a brochure that Dentists and patients will see. This is to help enforce the "dangers of sleep apnea" in a comical relief way. We want a bed in a home setting at night time (all cartoon) with a man snoring horribly, with the wife awake and her hands over her ears with the look of annoyance. The grim reaper will be above the man in the bed (possibly on the bed frame or head board area?). This is a trifold brochure, and we are hoping to have this image on the front of the brochure.
