Character and environment design for 2d kids TV show

We are looking for partners to join us in a new venture. We are intending to go into production of a pilot episode of a new 2d animated children's TV show by December, but the illustrations we have had created for the show bible are very poor. We are looking for a lead character and environment designer who will join us as co-producer for a profit share. We have good people on board with significant experience at the top end of the industry, producing for Disney and other major studios. This means we need top-notch partners who will work for deferred payment, which carries risk, but which offers potential benefits which far outweigh the risk in terms of % payment in perpetuity.
