Designing a LED Flood Light Fixture

We are a growing LED Lighting company based in India. We are in the phase of developing our own LED lighting products. In this context, we need an experienced and innovative product designer to develop a series of LED flood lighting fixtures. You can find photos of our present model and the design requirements, attached to this message. In our present model, we are using a Chinese pressure die cast aluminium (or some grey alloy which is brittle..!! ) fixture, in which we assemble the LEDs, optics and power sections to make it a finished product. We are not happy with the aesthetics of the present model and there are many lookalikes promoted by our competitors. Hence this decision to develop a model of our own with a signature styling. It would be appreciated if the designer can come up with a styling which can be applied for our other interior and exterior lighting fixtures also.
