AdSense Expert needed to maximize AdSense earnings

Dear Freelancers! I have trouble maximizing my AdSense earnings, and therefore I am looking for an AdSense Expert whom may be able to boost my earnings by helping me getting more clicks and optimizing the ad placements. The requirements are that you will at all times follow the Google AdSense policies no matter what. The ad placements must never be blackhat or against the guidelines that Google have laid out for its publishers. Violating the Google AdSense Policies will bring unfortunate consequences for me and for you. But if you are a Google AdSense Expert, then you already know this. Now to the real deal: I have a huge website which gets more than 1 million page views per month, but I am having a lot of trouble with AdSense. I do not believe that I am getting the most optimal earning potential with my website, and this is where you will come and help me. I need a person who can optimize my Google AdSense placements which (hopefully) will result in a boost in earnings. Anything that can help me earn more money through AdSense will be appreciated. Your job is to manage everything. Place the ads the right places, colors, sizes etc. I would also like reports on why the changes that you are making will help me boost the earnings. I want you to know that my CMS is subdreamer and my forum system is vBulletin. I think the reports and following the Google AdSense Policies are the most important part of the job. Hopefully you will be able to boost the earnings. My earnings are low right now and the ad placements would probably be something that a Google AdSense Expert will laugh at and point out. I really want a person who knows what he is doing. I have hired a couple of people before, and some of them even tried to scam me(replacing the pub id).
