Data extracting from website

Hi, I need to monitor objects from one specific productcategory from a website (kind of Ebay). Prefer Experts who can create a macro to extract the Data in the proper format and provide me the extracted Data in excel in the format I require. The site is huge and has lots of data to be extracted. The site maybe tracks IP and will block you if you dont use proxies for extraction. So, I want to extract data from website from one specific product category. The products must include Title, picture, description, Category, details of object (7 categorized details), time posted, time deleted, views, bids, details of object owner, price, (price change) etc. The screening needs to be done two or three times a week and if possible the objects need to be sorted on object owner in order to "monitor" different objects and see price fluctuations. I will need to see it demonstrated and tested out on my system to make sure that it fully works without any errors before payment for the work is finalized. If you make a good script, you can run the script every week for me and get paid for it every week.
