Appointment Setters/Lead Generators

Virtual Sales Assistant Agency is beefing up staff for a new project. We work with local independent sales associates in varies industries to increase sales opportunities. The task is simple: You call local businesses to explain the basics of the product and confirm a commitment to sit down with our client. (The Sale Associate) The project before us is lead generation in that you will target specific markets for our client and cold call them. You will be happy to know that you can work from home in your sweats 95% of the time. We do some face to face training and hold monthly – bi-monthly brainstorming/informational sessions that we ask you attend. Otherwise, like us you are a contractor running your own gig from the house. You are managed and responsible to adhere to certain stats and benchmarks. There is no investment and we are a local legit company. This is a 1099 position that will require you to manage your own taxes and business expenses. The only tools you need for this position are a telephone and a computer and a QUIET place to work. We do require at least 10 hours of work a week during typical business hours. Please note that 10 hours in a minimum, but you may work up to 30 hours. You are a great fit for us if you have an appointment setter, lead generator, telemarketing background. This is NOT customer service and although we will consider your phone background we prefer those that have experience with business to business cold calling. Furthermore, if you have had experience in sales, the auto industry, insurance, or financial advice you will find this product a simple sale The hiring process: Cover Letter: Make it shine, we are a fun group and our typical cover letter is not going to grab our attention. We want to hear what sets you apart from the other applicants, why this field is your niche and let your personality show thru. Be sure to mention when you can begin working. Resume: Must include at least 3 years of work history and 1 year of verifiable phone experience References: At least one professional - additional can be personal and we ask for two all together Compensation Structure: We pay $10 per qualified lead (we will explain qualifiers during training) for the first 30 days After 30 days you will be presented with a tiered pay plan that may increase your per lead pay up to $15.00 This plan will be based on production. Since this is a new client all representatives will be reviewed upon our 90th day of contract at which time another pay plan may be presented to you
