Create a quick 6 page how-to report

I'm looking for an excellent writer to create a 5-10 page report on a topic I will provide to the winner. I will provide you with the topic and the research material, you'll need to go over it and create a scaled down report while still including all of the key points. I'm looking for someone with previous experience writing these kinds of reports and someone that can show me a portfolio of relevant work. Turnaround time should be no more than 48 hours.
