Adsense website that generate 50-65 US$/day.

I search for an SEO exepert freelancer, that can make one adsense website or wordpress blog, to generate earnings between 50-65* US dollars/day, for long term (3+ years). *When I say 50-65 USD/ I understood that sometimes the earnings/day can be lower than 50US$, and sometimes can be higher than 50US$/day. But at the end of the month the avrege must to be between 50-65 US$/day. You will earn 230-300 US$ once I got paid successfully by google and 100$/ month for maintenance (if you can generate that profit (50-65USD/day)). If the average earnings for me are less than 40 USD/day, I will pay less than 100$ for maintenance. If the earnings are more than 65 USD/day, you will earn more money for maintenance per month. For future I can rehire you for more projects ;). What you have to do: First of all, you have to understand that I own all copyright of the adsense account, website/blog , domain name, hosting for site and content from site/blog belongs to me, and they will be made in my name with my autorization. So please be FAIR and RESPONSIBLE for what are you doing. I will pay the domain name and hosting (in case you will choose to make an adsense website). Second, please tell me in how many days do you lunch this project on-line to start generate money. -You have to help me to make a full approved adsense account. -The website/blog MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% so do not use niches like adult, pharm, violence, gambling, unethical, illegal. I want you to be 100% fair! (Please consider that I can`t risk my account). Pick any niches that can be interesting long term but must be approved by me before execution. -White hat only(no Black, Grey Hat PLEASE) -No SEO spam techniques KEY WORD RESEARCH AND OPTIMIZED CONTENT WITH PROPER KEYWORD DENSITY -Link pages must be visible, readable, indexable -Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing (or more search engines) as soon is possible -You will need to write unique SEO optimized content -Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads -No use of automated software or bots, visitors must come from unique organic traffic sources.
