Data Entry To New Web Site - Posting Projects

I have a website which is a project bidding site, where users will bid on small bids in their local area. Before I begin to promote the web site I need the following: * Multiple new users created * 200+ jobs posted with new users in all locations * Bids placed on projects The aim of this is to make the site look used and help new users to see how the site operates by viewing existing projects.
