creating and managing adwords accounts

Google Adwords expert needed! I need quote for for 10 new google accounts, and managment of ads ( I will provide the ads for first 10 ) and 10 accounts incuding the voucher ( prefer $100 credit and up) total: 10(without vouchers) + 10(including vouchers)=20 accounts in total. ALSO send me a quote how much you charge per account to: 1- open the account 2- add copons 3- manage the ads. please send me the price PER ACCOUNT I am willing to accept other offers of advertising ( bing, yahoo, other services...)
