Direct mailing to potential clients - 300 emails

The logic is similar to groupon however we offer only deals related to advertising, marketing, etc (such as selling ads on partner websites, SEO services, etc). We are looking for someone who can search for companies who will be interested in providing deals for our website - i.e. they want to sell their ads or similar products via our platform. The job is to look for potential clients (such as medium size websites that want to sell their ads, marketing services providers, etc.), find the contact address and email them (we provide the text for the email). We will setup a mailing account on our system for you and pay you for each email delivered. The recipients must be good quality from North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand. Note: We don't accept bulk emails or any kind of spam, the email should be sent manually after researching for potential customers. We would ideally like to pay around 0.10 usd per email sent.
