Subscription research

I have softwares that I currently sell retail. All sales are online and we have a good brand recognition. Basically I want to switch from retail sales to subscriptions. I need to know realistic price ranges for the programs. So I need someone to do the research. The user base is single doctor medical offices. Mostly users are therapists of one sort or another. A lot of psychologists. The software is used to bill the insurance companies and the patients and keep track of the charges and payments. We want to bill a one time setup fee then a monthly fee. I need help is setting both. Please, if you bid on this project, outline your methodology for the research and reasoning behind the conclusions. At finish, I want to know what was done, the results of that and how your drew your conclusions from it.
