Ant project to Maven2 migration

We need a Maven2 expert who can migrate Ant based project [login to view URL] and other modules to Maven2. Please place bid only if you are an expert of Maven and include POMs tree for similar projects as examples of your work (dont't include the fake POMs, we could check it). Also it is preferrable to get the detail description of migration process this project (possible problems, advantages and drwabacks etc). Our Maven2 project will be derivative work so feel free to propose fresh ideas and complete redesign of this project. Thanks.
