Auction system (Shanghai - China)

We are looking in Shanghai for freelancers for cooperation with our team. For some time on beginning meetings will be necessary. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION The system enables users to take part in internet auctions. Products will be presented to the user on a web page. Typical use case for a user 1. Create user account. 2. Login by entering login name and password. 3. Browse auctions in the system and choose one. 4. Observe the chosen auction. 5. Join this auction. User can only join ongoing auctions (see definitions section). 6. After joining auction user can offer a price for which he would be willing to buy the product. Other users may in effect offer a higher price and in this case user can make also a new offer and so on. When user offers a price, a specified amount of money is blocked on his account and the user cannot cancel his offer (money transfer Settlement). 7. When the minimal price for a product is achieved by an offer of some user then this user wins the auction. The minimal price for an Auction diminishes over time automatically. a. If a user won the auction than the money that was previously blocked is transferred from his account to the system’s account (money transfer is Confirmed). b. If a user did not win the auction the appropriate amount of money is released (there is a money Refund). 8. Auction is Finished if some user bought the product. Otherwise the auction is Undecided (see definitions section).
