A Mobile App that Thinks

I need a mobile app (on BB) that thinks, as good as tells me where it is when I call out "Where is my phone?" or "Where are you Sam?" where sam is a pet name I gave its Intelligence system. There are some apps I can link you to more similar to what I need (on other platforms other than BB) which would help better understand this. IMPORTANT: Only proposals within budget and time (2-3 days max) would be considered, add "Intelligent Phone" in PMB when sending proposals to show you read through.
