I have a Java API from a client that I need to be able to run and expose as a web service so I can access it from our .Net applications. The API consists of three methods:
• Cleanse - Cleansing potential customer name, address, phone, and email data.
• Match-Extract - Matching and extracting data using various input criteria
• Update -Providing updates to customers, potential customers, and owners
The API is well documented, I just need the web services layer built to take the same parameters as inputs, make the calls through the API and return the outputs as xml.
I will also need to have some help setting up an environment for this to run on, preferably on a Windows 2008 box I have with either Apache/Tomcat or some other free Java implementation. IIS is available but I have no experience running Java under it.
Please post any questions you might have. Time frame is fairly short on this.
Thank you in advance
