Android “share via” function

I need an Android "share via" (similar to the defaults of "Friend Stream", "Mail", "Messages", and "Peep") that will send via HTTP the text that user selected to my web URL using the following URL: [[login to view URL]][1]&Title=TTTTTTTTT&URL=UUUUUUUUU where: ####### is the phone number (or other unique identifier) of the device the user used to select the text DDDDDD are the words (space delimited) that the user selected on their android device in an internet browser using the "Select text" feature. TTTTTTTT is the title of the web page that the selected text came from UUUUUU is the URL of the web page that the selected text came from The HTTP request can be sent using either the GET or POST method. The complete project must have the full source code as well as the source code for the installation of this "Share Via" app. The solution must be compatible with Android 2.0+. I must be able to 'compile' the application from the source code and successfully test this "Share Via" app for it to be completed. Deliverables must be error message free and in ready-to-run condition. Must not include any additional license fees or required code libraries. Must not include any Malware or any other user tracking functions.
