create simple interface for desktop + google app engine java application

I am getting a java application developed which accepts some URLs, a phrase and a search engine as input, and generates a PDF report as output. This work is being done by the java code that another coder is working on. What I require is a simple java based user interface for this application. The same simple interface is required for both a desktop version as well as a google app engine version of the application. There will be 2 modes in the application- admin mode, and user mode. In user mode the PDF report can be generated. Note that the main URL (for which pdf report is prepared) can only be assigned by an admin in admin mode. In admin mode, an admin can add/edit/delete users as well as add/edit/deleteother admins. And assign main URLs (only domain part) to regular user. Also, some simple parameters like some colors and a logo and some heading text(all in the PDF report) can be set in admin mode. (There are functions already created to actually do this so you just need to link up with those). In admin mode, main URLs assigned to all users can be added/edited/deleted. In user mode, a URL can be added by the user himself, only if that user pays a specific amount via Paypal. So you have to add paypal payments support to this java app. Paypal is only required for the Google App Engine app. For the Google App engine version of the interf ace, I want it to accept Open ID logins. And initially for both desktop and google app engine versions of the interface, I want only one email ID as admin for the application which I can specify. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform windows/linux/mac with java
