We need a software that will split a computer screen(big ones) in 40 + windows. All those windows should show live news TV Channels Live(we will have TV input). We also need to record multiple TV news channels live as and when a supplied keyword matches a news program. We should be able to add, edit, delete news channels and keywords we want recordings for. Thanks for the opportunity to bid on your project. I propose to develop the system using Visual Basic 2010. My experience includes developing Software that captures AV signals from Cameras. Your job description therefore compliments my current interests very well and I would love to explore the possibility of recording Live TV Feeds.
