Alfresco community installation

Please only bid if you already have knowledge of alfresco and read full details of the job. i have one customer who want a platform for share documents in their company. I offer to him alfresco community. Im looking one freelancer who can deploy this platform and include all necessary features for work as document manager. Please let me know which features will be included on the installation you will made and if will be possible share the document between users, give permissions, version control, create unlimited users, etc. Also i want to create some tab in which appears articles of sucessfull project made by the company. This tab must be self administered. This tab will work like a project portfolio.
