NO NEED OF SECURITY IMPLEMENTATION OR ANY EXTRA THINGS. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD THEME AND LUCRATIVE CSS. Any Database any programming language 3 things: 1) Auction time 5 minutes it repeats itself if there are no bids received with in 5 minutes. Highest bid received with in 5 minutes will win if there was any bid placed. 2) Users should be able to see the actual amount and current bid amount from other user with in that 5 minutes. Note: Highest bid received with in 5 minutes will win always and users gets email that the user won. 3) Deploy it on Google App engine or Azure or any other cloud PaaS provider. That's all.
