Configure a Minecraft modpack

This is for my Minecraft modpack on the ATLauncher. My pack is called "Psionics", and it is on the ATLauncher. Info on the pack can be found here. [login to view URL] I will not support piracy in the name of this job, so a valid Minecraft account is required for this job. There a few things I need. 1) I need someone to use MineTweaker 3 and ModTweaker 2 .zs scripts to change the in-game recipes to use as many of the materials and items from the "Base Metals" and "Modern Metals" mods, and uses the "Tinker's Construct" smeltery and casting basin/table as much as possible. But all in a way that makes sense. 2) I need someone to build a spawn building that can be used in both single player and on multiplayer servers. 2.1) I also need a mod that can auto generate the building in a world at its spawn, preferably try to find one before going to make one. 2.2) The pack is on 1.10.2, most mods for 1.9.4, 1.10, and 1.10.1 work on 1.10.2 3) I need someone to write guides for the mods and stuff in the pack using Enchiridion 4) I need someone to make an HQM style quest series for the pack, preferably but not required one that'll work equally in both single player and multi player.
