I'm looking for someone to configure my Apache Solr installation to index details about companies. Eg.
Search "IT Companies Ontario" lists all the IT companies it knows of in Ontario. Selecting a result provides all the details it knows about that company; employees from LinkedIn, Office locations, products, etc from their websites/Google, revenue and company size if it can find it.
I don't care how structured the data is so long as I have access to it so if clicking a result only starts a new search for with that company name that's fine. If it's easier to have Solr index everything into a single result that's ok too.
I also want Documentation on how you achieved this both to learn a bit about Solr and in case something goes wrong and I need to redo it.
Budget isn't really set, bid and convince me you should get it and you will.
Hello Sir,
I am a senior Java developer, and I have used Solr in 10+ similar projects
I am very interesed in this project could you please send me a message so we can start discuss more details
Best,
Bing
As a Solr expert of many years I think I can help you with this project.
I assume you have all the companies information stored in a DB or text file?
Using faceting you can also return all results with a certain company size or in a certain industry etc.
There are a lot of options. If i have a better insight of the available data I can give some suggestions too.
Feel free to contact me for more information.
Kind regards,
Okke Klein
