a PCB design engineer with at least 15 years experience

my company has a product which is almost completed in terms of the design but the engineer, whom we had hired, is leaving it unfinished. The candidate in whom we are interested, would be free and willing to travel to Australia for approximately 2 weeks to confer with the previous engineer, then bring the files back to the US to complete the design.
