Implement the value iteration algorithm (Bellman’s method) for MDP which reads the state model from a file then computes the solution until the point of convergence. You may write your code in C++ code must be implemented as a self-contained single source code file which does not require the linking of any additional libraries during compilation.

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the language is c++ under linux.
