Conduit Toolbar Modification - Pop-up

I would like to modify a normal Conduit dot com toolbar with a script to allow for a pop-up over the contents of the browser (or the browser entirely). This functionality will be triggered by a button that will always be on the bottom left corner of the browser (see attached image). Requirements: - Pop-up needs to 'pop' very fast with limited delay (AJAX?, Javascript?) - The Pop-up will need to display a images - Use [login to view URL] Toolbar as underlying platform - Button always appear in bottom left hand corner of browser above all underlying content regardless of where the user is searching. - This button needs to be able to be minimized & reappear when necessary If you're not 100% sure you can create this functionality - please do not respond to this project. If you have other toolbar work please send me examples.
