CSS project for a responsive website. - repost

So I have theme that I bought off of wrapbootstrap, however it does not do exactly what I want. Point form what I am looking for is: - Using this theme: [login to view URL] (attachment 1). Make the sidebar only be about 80% of the page or so (so if page resized it will convert to a scrollbar). Basically I want there to be a scrollbar for both the sidebar and the main page. So that the sidebar is always visible even if scrolled down on the main page. - I also want a sticky bottom. The exact thing I want at the bottom will be this (or something similar): [login to view URL] I also want that video to stay at the bottom when scrolling. But I can include the video my self. Mainly I just need the sidebar to leave room for the video. - So basically I want the sidebar to work as in this template: [login to view URL] I don't think it should be that hard? So I will set the price for $30 but please contact me if I am mistaken.
