Creative Website Designer

I am looking for a web designer with STRONG ABILITY TO CREATE MATERIAL THAT SELLS. In other words, you need to understand what kind of content and approach works best in creating a strong impression on website viewers. Flash demos are a good option to explore. We are a small company with a very good web communications product. There is an existing website that is servicable, but not great. This is not a database driven site.
