Design single web page using Html 5 , Jquery ,Javascript

Need a we page to be designed like given in the attachment .Also in that page need a knob as given in this link [login to view URL] Only difference being that instead of knob there should be a start/stop button .When we click on the button ,the text inside button changes to stop and the colored circles start forming and un-forming .Also I need two layers of this circle as opposed to one shown in above link . To see how colorful circle are formed ,just rotate mouse pointer in clockwise and anti clockwise direction . In the attachement pic , don't need to do the footer showing start trip, dashboard etc..
