Assistant web designer / programmer needed

Hello freelancers, I am looking for someone who can assist me with my new web design company that I have launched. Your main duties will include, but are not restricted to - Uploading websites Maintenece Developing new websites Creating e commerece sites Basic designing Creating forms Control panel development Creating flash content and more You MUST be familiar with Joomal, Word press, HTML, CSS, Flash etc. Designing work will be kept to a minimum as a designer is already part of the team. I also have a programmer working on a part time basis, therefore the need for another has come up. Payment will be based on how big the project is. For example, a simple uploading project maybe $20,a more complex e - commerce site would be considerbaly more.
