CS Cart Website Desgin & Install

I'm looking for someone to build me a very attractive eCommerce website design. I want to be able to display my products neatly and be very organized. I want to attract buyers and get them instead in viewing more pages of the website. It needs to be basic and inviting. We have over 1,000+ products, so we want the main page to be existing. We sell a large ray of items such as walmart... So having a basic but inviting website such as like the them be "gifts" for any occasion. I like a little flash... This is an ECOMMERCE WEBSITE! MUST BE EASY FOR ME TO EDIT THE PHOTOS ON MAIN PAGE TO CHANGE THEM FREQUENTLY... This must be Compatible with CS CART. If it doesn't work with CS Cart we have a major issue...
