Build YOur Own Game Form

ok i have game created and i want others to build their own game as well at the end of the game (in flash) there's button that asks (build your own game) and it takes you to the site which is where i need a form created this is summary: registration form - which they will need to come up with name for their game (game profile name) they will need to edit the XML files for the game [login to view URL] [login to view URL] in the registration form there will need to be 2 entries to these locations location of [login to view URL] [url] location of [login to view URL] [url] this will create a file called [login to view URL] which i will provide so you know how the [login to view URL] need to be after they fill in all the information they go to 2nd page to pay it will be $25 charge which will be donated to my foundation through paypal () after payment is successful then a folder is created for that person [login to view URL](game profile name) then the default [login to view URL] will need to be extracted into that folder and the [login to view URL] will be created letting the game know where their [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is located and their (game profile name) will create the game profile [login to view URL] which will load the "[login to view URL]" this file is already setup to look for the [login to view URL] in the current folder so it can load the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so the game will start and if they want to change anything on their game all they have to do is edit their own [login to view URL] [login to view URL] data and won't need to do anything with the game itself you can play the game to see how they will see and play im currently working on tutorial in flash just to give the basis how they will go about editing and creating their game which will be available before and a reminder after so they will know what they will need to do.. i am only paying $50 for this project i already have it in my freelancer account i had a freelancer interested but he blew me off for 2 weeks without any word only to tell me he was busy studying for exams without informing me before hand so i wasted 2 weeks now over due. please do not made a bid for this project if you are not able to work on it NOW if your busy with other projects or have exams or anything else i would prefer you work on them before taking on my project. i do not want to be led on for 2 weeks only to tell me that your not able to work on it!!!
