Need a Javascript expert here, I am looking to compare two files that have been rendered as HTML or submitted through WYSIWYG editor. Meaning, the comparison should not strip formatting on output. The comparison will be side by side, and both sides should show the difference using green and red highlighting much like subversion or Word. I have a javascript file that calls both documents from the repository, so adding to that javascript file to compare the two versions is all that's needed.

This project seems interesting, I am working on javascript / jQuery for a few years now and you can see a lot of projects in my profile related to javascript / jQuery.
