Looking for a developer with experience in front end programming using AngularJS and backend development in Groovy/Grails. Java experience with good understanding in Object Oriented development and layered architecture will be considered as well. You will be working with a team located in India and Canada. Software Development will be based on Scrum Agile Methodology with daily meetings. You will be reporting to the Lead Developer in India and Project Manager in Canada. You will use Jira for Sprint and Task planning and updates. Skills & Experience Required: * At least 3 years of "hands-on" experience on Web Application Development. * 5 years of "hands-on" object-oriented software development experience with Java or Groovy/Grails * Proven focus on creating web application solutions using Web UI development knowledge on AngularJS, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, Web Services, REST, etc. * Experience with architectural patterns and UML, and in particular with appropriate web client-side patterns such as MVVM * Experience with client-side automated test patterns and practices * Experience with MySQL, creating data models and writing Transact SQL * Experience with code repositories (Git) and their accompanying tools/integration (Bitbucket) * Good understanding of Agile development frameworks such as Scrum, code reviews, daily scrum meetings * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment * Mobile application development is a plus (native iOS, native android. PhoneGap, Cordova)
