Application Front-end in Ext JS 5.1

To develop an ExtJS 5.1 front-end application. to be translated to an Ext JS 5.1 front-end application. There is no database back-end within the scope of work – you can use an in-memory model, but need to provide points in the code to plug-in a database back-end. You must use the GPL (Open Source) version of Ext JS 5.1 for this. Browser support specifications: current releases of Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. A high standard of code quality and adherence to standards is desirable. Code must be well organized and readable. Javascript & CSS needs to be modular and scalable. See attachment for full details.
