Bypass pop-up blocker from browsers.

I have been working on asp.net MVC with entity framework, recently made an online shopping web application using AngularJS, Web-API and Sql server 2012.

I have a script that opens a pop-up when the user click to close the page. But It does not work if the user has the option "Do not allow any site to show pop-ups" in their browsers.
