Cordova plugin for iOS and Android to play music.

I need a Cordova plugin for iOS and Android developed. The plugin will provide the music JavaScript object (as outlined below) to the global window to be used by JS. The methods, and their parameters and return types are examples, and not 100% required to be like that.
