Crawl a site/sitemap to gather share counts from social media APis

I'm looking for someone to finish development on a form that I have. (Attached the file) So the form so far will gather the share counts from twitter, facebook and linkdIn on a website as a total. I would like the form to output the sub directory URLs with the Share counts next to [login to view URL] break out down the main site URL into a table. For example. if index = 100 shares page1 = 25 shares page 2 = 35 shares page 3 = 40 shares
